This site is a tribute to Melinda Whale, who was born on June 21, 1949. She is much loved and will always be remembered.

It was Melinda's wish that donations be made to the James Whale Fund for Kidney Cancer (now Kidney Cancer UK) in her memory. 

Melinda was a vital part of the setting up of the James Whale Fund, working with me from its inception, through to its name change to Kidney Cancer UK. Melinda was an active trustee for over 12 years working as part of the team to bring better support and treatments for kidney cancer patients and their families across the UK. 

Melinda was much loved and is a huge loss.
